Cancellation Policy

Should you decide to cancel your participation in the Academy, the following policy applies:
- 1st Payment (50% of the total fee): non-refundable
- 2nd Payment (remainder of fee): refundable, less a $50 administration fee, only if the student notifies the Academy Coordinator by e-mail (admissions@orford.mu) no less than 30 days before the first day of the session start date
If a medical problem prevents you from taking part in the Orford Music Academy, your deposit may be used for the subsequent year. However, you must go through the full audition process and be accepted again. A medical certificate must be provided to be eligible for a fee transfer. Scholarships are non-transferable.
