      The mode of delivery for the 2022 Orford Music Academy (in-person or virtual) will be determined in April 2022, in accordance with the current global situation and local health guidelines. Offering a stellar faculty, the Academy promises a rewarding experience no matter the setting!

    •  Should you decide to cancel your participation in the Academy, the following policy applies: 

      • 1st Payment (50% of the total fee): non-refundable 
      • 2nd Payment (remainder of fee): refundable, less a $50 administration fee, only if the student notifies the Academy Coordinator by e-mail (admissions@orford.mu) no less than 30 days before the first day of the session start date 


      If a medical problem prevents you from taking part in the Orford Music Academy, your deposit may be used for the subsequent year. However, you must go through the full audition process and be accepted again. A medical certificate must be provided to be eligible for a fee transfer. Scholarships are non-transferable. 


      By registering for an Academy session, you acknowledge that Orford Music will announce the format (virtual or in-person) in April 2022. A refund will not be possible if the decision is made to hold your class virtually.
