Born in Montréal in 1925 in the working-class neighbourhood la Petite-Bourgogne,Oscar Peterson is one of the brightest stars in the history of jazz. He paired up with some of the great jazz singers, including Ella Fitzgerald and Billie Holiday, and made multiple recordings with the acclaimed Verve Records label. The Rémi Bolduc Jazz Ensemble delivers a vibrant tribute to this jazz giant from our very own backyard.
