Refund Policy

Orford Music Ticket Office

The customer is responsible for verifying the concert date and title before completing their purchase. Concerts begin at the scheduled time. Latecomers may be refused entry or asked to wait until an appropriate break in the performance.

Prices are listed before taxes and service fees. All sales are final. Tickets are refundable or exchangeable for another ticket of equal or lesser value only if an event is cancelled by Orford Music.

The ticket holder assumes all responsibility for any risks and hazards associated with the event and waives all claims for loss, injury, or damage of any kind arising from any cause, whether incurred before, during, or after the event.

BOX OFFICE FEES

In person or by phone: $5 per transaction
No service fees apply to tickets purchased online.

Box office fees are non-refundable.

If you require a wheelchair-accessible space or other accessibility accommodations, please call the box office to purchase your tickets. This allows us to provide service tailored to your needs. Box office fees will be waived.
