Callum Smart
Critically acclaimed violinist Callum Smart enjoys an international reputation as a performer, pedagogue, and innovator. He is celebrated for the sincerity of his singing line, combining ‘a winning sense of natural authority’ (the Strad) with his ‘utterly convincing’ interpretations (BBC Music Magazine).Smart has performed a wide range of concerti with major orchestras, including the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra, Royal Liverpool Philharmonic, Philharmonia Orchestra, Hallé Orchestra, BBC Philharmonic, Calgary Philharmonic Orchestra, European Union Chamber Orchestra, and more, in collaboration with conductors such as Vasily Petrenko, John Wilson, and Grant Llewellyn. As a recitalist, Smart performs duo and trio recitals on the world’s leading stages.
Cynthia Blanchon
French violist Cynthia Blanchon divides her time between North America and Europe, dedicating herself to various artistic endeavors. Since 2023, Cynthia has been a viola professor at Université de Montréal and is an active chamber musician as a member of the Myriade Quartet.She’s been invited to numerous chamber music festivals including the Colorado Music Festival, Music & Beyond, Festival Classica, ProMusica Serie, Concerts aux Îles du Bic, Rencontres Musicales de Laterrière, Rencontres Musicales de Haute-Provence, and Entre Vents et Marais festival and performed alongside renowned artists such as Jan Talich and Petr Prause from the Talich quartet, Scott St. John, Martin Chalifour and Rainer Küchl. She is also regularly broadcasted on Radio-Canada.
Yegor Dyachkov
Lauded for his remarkable stage presence, depth of insight, nuance and generosity, cellist Yegor Dyachkov is an inspired recitalist, chamber musician and concerto soloist. Since being proclaimed Artist of the Year by the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation, in 2000, Mr. Dyachkov has gone on to perform throughout Europe, Latin America, Asia, Canada and the United States, making his New York debut at Lincoln Center in October 2000. He has appeared with major orchestras in such cities as Antwerp, Geneva, Montreal, Rio de Janeiro, Toronto and Vancouver, and has performed at numerous international festivals in Évian, Kronberg, Lanaudière, Ottawa, Seattle and Tanglewood.
