Concert
This exceptional concert will transport you to a soundscape where virtuosity and emotion intertwine. The evening will begin with an arrangement of Beethoven’s Moonlight Sonata, transforming the famous melody into an intimate and poetic exchange between violin and piano while preserving the depth of the original work.
You will then experience Beethoven’s Symphony No. 7 in its chamber version, radiating energy and passion, followed by Symphony No. 8, a lighter, more vibrant piece that reveals a joyful and playful spirit. To conclude the evening, Sarasate’s Zigeunerweisen, with its shifting rhythms and tones, will deliver a spectacular display of virtuosity.
The acclaimed musicians taking the stage are precious partners of the Orford Music Academy.
